First things to try
- Select Start the guided demo to open the operations dashboard as a fictional Operations coordinator.
- Find unit N-RTU-02 in the Work list, choose a technician under Assign to, and select Assign work.
- Choose Field work, then Start the field demo as the service technician, to inspect the same job.
What a successful try looks like
The assigned job appears in Field work with the same service record, ready for the technician to inspect and continue.
